Provision

Money, Money, Money, Money.  What do you feel when you see that word? Is it a negative feeling? Positive? Think about it. 

Let me guess your answer - it depends on how much I have. Was I right? lol. I understand, really I do!

So, this year Matt and I were able to pay off all our debt, minus our house of course. It was a HUGE blessing and answer to prayer. We had big plans to save save save, fix some things up, and breath *a little* (mind you, we're on one income!...by choice). BUT, of course. as the world turns, SOMETHING is bound to happen! And today it did.

POOP ON VEHICLES!!!!!!!!!

My first reaction was to complain, whine, cry, stomp my feet and scream at the top of my lungs. Then I thought about it from a bigger perspective...God provides. Had he not given us the ability to pay some debts off, or helped us to sell our pop up camper this past weekend, we would be completely up a creek. Thank you Lord for providing. Yes, it still kinda stinks and I can guarantee the money we are putting into my jeep could be spent in a much more fun way (or saved), but we are not going to be drowning in unpayable debt. THANK YOU LORD.
So, what in your life is frustrating you? Keeping you down? Making you feel helpless?  Can you see some good coming from it? Can you see how it could have been (or be) worse?
When we put our trust and hope in God, He will and does provide. It's amazing. He's a pretty cool God...and He figures things out so well for us.
PROVISION - think about it. Find how it's present in your life, and if you can't see it ASK GOD to do it. Oh, and HANG IN THERE!! Keep your chin up! That's what I'm telling myself today!
